LUXURIOUS traditional sailing - Yacht Charter

"Zeebeer" is a traditional sailing barge of the 'Lemsteraak' type, built with the same graceful lines as the Dutch Royal Yacht: "De Groene Draak" The design is based upon the traditional Ducht flat-bottomed ships, which were used as fishing-boats from the beginning of the former century. Nowadays these majestic ships are used as luxurious yacht's rebuilt according to modern standards.

"Zeebeer"was built in 1994.
As a luxurious sailing yacht she is equipped with the latest modern navigation aids and a hydraulic steering system.
These ships are suitable for daytrips with 12 persons; 9 persons can be fully accommodated on board. The interior is heated and the galley equipped with hot and cold running water and a refridgerator.
Ship radio (marifoon) and GPS Navigator are standard. The ships can be rented with or without a captain.

The Lemsteraak is specially designed for the shallow inner waters of Holland, where stability and comfort are important factors.

This traditional Dutch vessel is very suitable for a comfortable exclusive SAILING HOLIDAY with relatives and friends. During our day-trips is is possible to visit several picturesque places. For instance the Palingrokerij Smit-Bokkum.

"Sail 2010" will be held from 19 t/m 23 August. There will be 2 departures a day for 900 Euro based on a group of max. 12 persons exclusive catering.

Traditional sailing on a "Lemsteraak" for the afternoon, per day, weekend or week with max 12 persons.
